Taek Kim, M.D., Named Fellow of American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery

OAK BROOK, IL, June 23, 2011 /Health and Fitness PR News/ -- Taek Y. Kim, M.D., medical director of Renaissance Cosmetic Laser & Aesthetic Surgery (RCL), has been named a fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS). He joins an elite group of 27 cosmetic surgeons in Illinois to receive this designation.
Dr. Kim, a renowned cosmetic surgeon in the Chicago area, was selected for having performed at least 100 cosmetic surgery procedures as an independent surgeon during a two-year period prior to applying for fellow designation.

Dr. Kim offers body contouring through liposuction, breast augmentation, facial rejuvenation through non-surgical facelifts and other procedures, cosmetic gynecological procedures such as urinary incontinence treatment and vaginal rejuvenation and varicose vein treatment. All procedures are performed while patients are awake, under local anesthesia, which reduces cost and downtime.
Dr. Kim's is also a board-certified fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists. He recently was named one of two Artefill Center of Excellence exclusive providers in Illinois and one of 50 in the U.S.
